Boyds Training is thrilled to be the lead sponsor of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine (FPM) Annual Symposium 2019, which returns to Wellcome Collection, London on Thursday 4th November.

The Annual Symposium is the headline event for the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine (FPM) and is an eagerly anticipated date in the pharmaceutical medicine calendar. Up to 140 delegates comprising FPM members, pharmaceutical scientists, patient organisations, pharmaceutical physicians and a number of other healthcare professionals are expected to attend the event in London later this year, which will tackle the ambitious theme, ‘Clinical research and life cycle management: shaping the future’.

Also in attendance is a world-class line-up of speakers, headed by the renowned immunologist Professor Sir Robert Lechler. He will be delivering the keynote address, titled ‘Frontiers in immunology and the impact on clinical trials and the therapies of the future’. Attendees will also have the opportunity to attend two of the three workshops also being held on the day.

Professor Alan Boyd will also be speaking on how to develop regulatory strategies across pharma development and approval.

Founded in 1989, FPM is a professional membership organisation, registered charity and standard-setting body, with 1,500 members. All its members are medically qualified and are either pharmaceutical physicians or have a professional interest in the specialty.

The FPM Annual Symposium 2018 was a sell-out success, receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback from attendees, speakers and exhibitors. Boyds Training is delighted to be the lead sponsor this year and look forward to playing a part in what promises to be a fantastic day.
