To help prepare for the Diploma in Pharmaceutical Medicine examination, Boyds Training will be holding two exam coaching modules prior to each individual part of the examinations. These are being held in association with the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine and will be delivered online:

    • 4th September – MCQ Exam Technique & Mock Exam
    • 2nd & 3rd October – SAQ/Critical Appraisal Exam Technique & Mock Exam

The MCQ Exam Technique module qualifies for 6.5 CPD points and the SAQ/Critical Appraisal Exam Technique module qualifies for 13.5 CPD points, awarded by the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine. Both modules will be delivered by Professor Alan Boyd and Dr Sharon McCullough.

During these modules, the syllabus of Pharmaceutical Medicine topics will be covered with a focus on the areas most relevant to the Diploma in Pharmaceutical Medicine exam.

The course is designed for anyone who wishes to improve their knowledge in a specific area, as well as those preparing to sit the exam. The course is specifically aimed at people planning to sit the Diploma in Pharmaceutical Medicine exam this year.

The modules will be taught on Zoom, and delegates will receive a comprehensive range of materials to help them study. These will be available to them throughout the training program, and will include reading materials, past exam questions and copies of the lecturers presentations.

This bespoke and truly modular training program is exclusively designed to teach the syllabus of pharmaceutical medicine and is dedicated to better preparing candidates to sit both Part 1 & Part 2 of the Diploma in Pharmaceutical Medicine exam.
